It has literally been impossible to cut my toddler boy’s hair at home - we have tried everything under the sun, so finally we decided that we should take him to a professional barber to try. Because he loves cars, we figured Straight 8 at Valleyview would be worth a shot since we found out it has a seat shaped like a car (N.B. we learned that the Aberdeen location one doesn’t have a car seat). In the end, even the car couldn’t sway my stubborn boy to cooperate, but the barber didn’t give up and basically took heroic measures to get it done (I ended up holding my son in my lap/arms as he wrestled and screamed the whole way through). Thank you, Straight 8 Barbers, and sorry to the other customers who had to witness the drama of a toddler haircut. I so so appreciated how accommodating and calm this place was despite such a challenging haircut. Maybe the adorable car will work for someone else though!

I know they are best for haircuts! But don’t know that are best for threading as well. Just got my eyebrows threaded here from “Dom” and I'm blown away! Dom is a true professional and a magical artist 🦹 ! He shaped and threaded my brows to perfection.
